Greek Oregano is a very flavorful herb that is native to Greece and Turkey. It is used widely in the culinary world in tomato dishes, soups, pizzas, with vegetables, and on meats to name just a few. Medicinally used as a tea in immune-boosting blends. Cut sprigs from plant when it reaches about 6" tall. For best flavor, cut before the plant flowers.
